Once thing we can try is using WhatsApp as a group messaging tool. Its free and available on all smart phones as far as I can tell. If you install it everyone who has it installed & in your phone contacts will be available for contact (not using SMS)
we can set up a BADWargamers Group and all messages will be pushed to phones for all.
Install it and try I out. Let me know if you install it
