Thinking ahead into 2021 , and the ‘Games Day’ in place of Badcon/Usk. I’d like to suggest somewhere offsite – like Wychnor Hall. Its local (a bit isolated), but has a lot of facilities – swimming pool, golf, grounds and meeting rooms. The reasons I say here is normally its really quite expensive (over £100 a night), but in Jan/Feb they have some really cheap deals (around half price) . The reason I know this is that Mary has just come back from one! For the games they have meeting rooms , or the accommodation is apartment type – so that may suffice. They even have log cabins type accommodation.
It would definitely have that Usk vibe.
